Whilst the sale was relatively straightforward, there were some complexities around indemnities and some challenges from the buyer's solicitor.

Fantastic service from Alison Brown and her team for the sale of my property. The value of having a local solicitor really shone through - and all at a good price- my sale involved a leasehold agreement and management company, which created some additional issues.
