Gwyn James was the most professional solicitors throughout our property purchase. Originally we were with another solicitors but due to conflict of interest we made the decision to go with Gwyn James, following a friend recommendation. Best decision we made! Although ever so slightly more expensive than others, I would pay it 100x over because of the service we received. Emily was the most incredible solicitor. We received constant updates and information, she was always at the end of an email for any queries. Emily genuinely made the whole process smooth and faultless. At the end of our experience Emily chased up queries for the sellers solicitors due to such a delay and worked tirelessly to meet our goal exchange of contracts date. We wouldn’t use any other solicitors in the future.
