The senior management were aware of my concerns in the past BUT since I have used Michelle Brain to deal with my house sale I cannot understand why she is not higher in the company. Every Solicitor in the country needs a Michelle. Her customer service and skills are second to none. For the senior management within Gwyn James you need to reward this amazing person

The solicitor just rang me to ask if we'd got our will now. I confirmed we had & was then asked to REMOVE this review 😳 😂 because it's 'all sorted now' 😮. I just replied with hhhmmmm because I was trying to process the fact that a Solicitor was ringing me to ask me to remove a poor review like some Etsy seller offended that I didn't like their product or service 🤷‍♀️, unprofessional. However, she continued to push the request so I said "no, it still took multiple chase ups on our part plus multiple ERRORS in communication such as missing paperwork or stating Hubby hadn't signed something". The company appeared to make a bigger effort to sort everything AFTER I'd left original review, strange how that happened!

It turned out that hubby HAD signed everything, it was just another 'misinformation error'. He picked up our Wills last week.
ORIGINAL REVIEW -
Started the process of a Will in January. It's now November & still have no will. We've had paperwork go missing more than once. Repeatedly needed to chase them up, they say they'll get back to you & don't. Passed around to different solicitors, rude & useless staff, took them 3 months and us chasing for them to then decide it was our fault because hubby hadn't signed something! When asked why they didn't tell us sooner they had no answer. Wish we'd gone elsewhere.

Me and my partner used Gwyn James Coleford during the process of buying our first home. As first time buyers we felt we were flying blind but luckily had the amazing Michelle Brain who helped guide us every step of the way. She was responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable in everything we needed. She is a real asset to the team.
