Called on Friday and asked if they could witness my electronic signature and was booked for 10.00am this morning at the Woodford branch. Arrived at 9.55am and was eventually seen (almost begrudgingly) at 10.10am by someone who did not introduce themselves and was rather discourteous. It was almost as if he did not want to be there. Entered his details but gave his work number instead of his mobile number (as apparently they do not have work mobiles) and due to this, he could not verify himself (by way of a 6 digit code sent to number) to confirm he witnessed my signature. Offered no other solution other than to go elsewhere. Total waste of time.

Attended to get a will done with my wife. Our solicitor Katherine, was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us through the process with clear explanations and helpful suggestions.
Meeting room was super-hot as a result of a modern glass exterior and light pastel decor which a fan was struggling to counter but luckily it did not take too long. Kinda feel sorry for the staff in the greenhouse but I'm sure they are much fitter than I so cope better.

I went on Friday to make an appointment the building was excellently laid out the receptionist was vert efficient, meeting my enquiries and will not hesitate to recommend the Company to other people
