I contacted this firm 3 months ago as my parents wanted to get some changes done to their property ownership. I was promised a call back but that never came. 2/3 weeks ago my elderly father of 91 went to their offices on Hoe Street, left his contact details and was told Sonya would call him back. Guess what!! ...no call back again. Shocking service and clearly they pick and choose what work they want to take on

I would definitely recommend this group! Bernard Klingher @CCH saved me from (in my opinion, getting scammed), in selling a £250K property for £115K. (In my opinion) The buyers had tried to pulled a fast one on me but Bernard Klingher, made me aware of what was going on.

I recently dealt with Jack for a transfer of title and Paul for a lease extension relating to another property. I cannot recommend CCH enough, they were speedy, professional and incredibly communicative the whole way through their instruction. I did not have to ask for an update once as they were so proactive in keeping us up to speed on the status of our matter.

We had a nightmare with another local solicitor who sat on our matter an ignored us for months, when we called CCH to help they worked at lighting speed and managed to complete our matter in la number of days thanks to their brilliant relationship with Waltham Forest Council (we were extending the lease on our flat).
