We bought a house with Annabel Beaumont as our solicitor, and due to the nature of the sale, she literally had us exchanging and completing on the 29/04 after we literally put the offer in on 01/03. Whilst this is an exceptionally quick turn around, even before it was sped up, Annabel replied to our emails very quickly and explained everything so well and clearly to us. She had all of our searches and questions sent out straight away and we never had to chase anything, she did everything from the get go and kept us in the loop throughout. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and we are so lucky to have had her. As first time buyers we couldn’t recommend F&P enough. We’d heard all sorts of horror stories regarding solicitors slowing down the home buying process, but F&P couldn’t have been any better.

From day 1 they were clear and concise. The reception staff were very helpful whenever we had to drop in or pick up documentation. During the long process, I probably sent Annabel over 100 emails with questions, updates and sometimes just venting! I don’t think there was one occasion where an email wasn’t replied to the very same day (often in a matter of hours) - they made the process as smooth as possible, we will definitely be using them again.
