RUN!!!
I wouldn’t recommend this firm and my own experience was very negative. My union asked this firm to do a merits assessment on my employment claim. The solicitor said that my case had no reasonable prospect of success in her opinion and that the tribunal would sympathise with the employer.
She also said that she had reached out to me and I had refused to provide essential documents.This was an oversight as the solicitor had never asked for these documents. When I highlighted this she confirmed it was her mistake but had done an assessment despite key documents missing. She then asked for more money to do a re-assessment despite this being their error. I had to complain to the firm before they agreed to re do it.
The case was very complicated and they didn’t really appear to understand or speak to me to find out what happened.
I went for a second opinion to another solicitor who confirmed I did have a case.I pursued my employer through the legal process and achieved a very successful outcome.
At all points the tribunal were heavily sympathetic to my story and how my employer had behaved.
Would I use this firm again, unfortunately not and would encourage anyone to make sure they get multiple opinions

Lazy, poor communication. Everything and anything felt like a huge task. Absolutely no progress 24 months down the line. Expertise in making the victim feel like the perpetrator. Avoid like the plague !!!!
