Absolutely shocking lack of communication. I sent email after email to my assigned solicitor, regarding evidence and she just couldn't be bothered getting back to me. I eventually wrote to the company, asking that they contact her and ask her to get in touch with me and even they didn't bother replying to my email. I'd serious reconsider hiring this firm to represent you in any way, shape or form. If they are unprofessional enough, not to be bothered with communicating with their clients, I'd imagine they aren't that interested in winning or losing a case in court.

I have had an impeccable experience with this firm and I had nearly lost my workplace injury claim through the Thomsons Solicitors as they had acknowledged their failure last minute because of this , I had changed my solicitor to Pattinson & Brewer and Frances McCarthy had helped me with this situation and I had received a favourable outcome of the situation . Even though , the situation still hasn’t come to an end with Thomson’ Solicitor however I am very confident with Frances McCarthy on my side . She is very amazing and responds rapidly to my queries so I strongly recommend this firm .

Extremely poor communication service.
I have no words to describe how slow they are to provide you an update.
What you don't want is somone working part time to deal with your case and ignore you every time you ask for an update
