Paid £1500 for one hearing. Within 6 months Never met the solicitor, always on annual leave. Didn't received my paperwork that I spent hours putting together. Talking to applicants solicitor on my arrival. As a mother told to agree with grandparents and change later!! The advice and service was nothing but stress and unprofessional. Very pushy and nervous. Her words 'applicants solicit said she'll get what she wants' might scare you but not me!! Was she even qualified as I could do a better job!! No advice and didn't want to talk in court, just a nervous mess!! Law... is this what people pay for!! I paid out my own pocket and my solicitor told applicants solicitor it was Legal aid. Grandparents took to court to see my children whose father has deceased and never had anything to do with their son!! Lies and guess what they are too busy attending weddings or temples and don't have time for my children :-) I'll never get over this experience!!
