Used Parry Carver for what turned out to be a complex house purchase with TPO issues uncovered as well as other problems. Aimee George was fantastic in communication as well as pulling out all the stops to make sure we completed on time. Would highly recommend.

They are my buyers solicitors and are slow and never reply to emails. Glad they were not my solicitors but have made the sale so slow. Leaving enquiries to the last minute and then finding out they have already been responded too. Buyer instructed to complete and here we are a week on still waiting for a date... avoid

Parry Carver Telford were recommended to me by a family member for the purchase of a house and I couldn't be happier. I mainly dealt with Jessica and Morgan who were friendly, informative, hardworking and professional at all times. Communication was great and they were very proactive ensuring everything was completed in a timely manner. The email communication approach was also great, saving time and money on postage. Unfortunately my experience with this firm has been very poor. They took 8 months to contact me in regard to my relatives estate of which I was a beneficiary. They conducted a bankruptcy search and returned a result for someone with a different name but still requested I state it was not me. They then "LOST" the recorded reply but only admitted this AFTER I quoted the signers name. It is now 14 months and still the estate is not complete & no explanation given. Extremely concerned about how this has been mis-handled and would definitely NOT recommend them.
