We had such a great experience with Sarah and Stella at Nowell Mellor. They were incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, clear in their communication and happy to answer every question (which is almost unheard of!). They really fought our corner throughout both the sale and purchase, and did it all with a human touch. Everything was explained in plain English, which made the whole process feel much less daunting. On top of all that, their fees were very reasonable for the level of service we received. Just very good people who genuinely care! We’d highly recommend them.
