The job they were given to do was to sell my mother's house and buy a retirement apartment in 2 weeks! This seemed an impossible task to me but Heather and her team, in a very calm and reassuring way, completed the task seemingly with ease. Although the process was hectic for us communication from Heather was always timely and calmly delivered by a woman who clearly knows what she is doing. I am bowled over by the service we have received and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
We have since had advice on matters concerning my late father's will and again the team answered our questions and came up with sensible solutions in the same calm and professional manner.
Finally their fees were very reasonable, particularly as it was a tricky task given the time frame.
