Contacted them about an employment issue. Was given a 30 minute phone appointment to go over details to be passed on to the solicitor. Was then told they would respond shortly. Never heard another thing. Sent a follow up email, heard nothing. Was shocked that solicitors just choose to ghost people, very strange behaviour. Have since found another solicitor who has been fantastic and taken on the case.

Mario and his “trainee solicitor” daisy where helpful at first. Until I asked for a client care letter which they were supposed to send at the earliest opportunity. They then lied and said they sent it to us months ago but this was a lie. They took payment even though nothing was signed or agreed to and then stopped answering all questions and tried to discriminate me.
