I can’t thank our solicitor Kirsty enough for everything she did for my brother and our family during such a difficult time.

From day one, she was always there to answer questions and explain things in a way that we could understand. She kept us updated throughout and communicated really well, not just with my brother but with our family too, which meant a lot to us.

What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. We never felt like just another case. She showed kindness, patience and understanding throughout what has been an incredibly stressful and emotional period for all of us.

Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we needed it most, and the support she gave my brother and his family will never be forgotten.

I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor who is not only excellent at her job but also truly cares about the people she represents.

Dealing with Lucy Brakewell during a very upsetting period, culminating in having to go to court, should have been terrifying, but due to her calm and reassuring manner, was actually not too scary.
If I ever need a solicitor again she would be my first call.

Whatever you do, do not trust this woman. She works directly with the police to bump up their numbers and get an easy paycheck. She will advise you to say things that will lead to you being charged, and then when it gets to court She will refuse to accept the case and will palm you off - to another solicitor just like her, who also doesn't do their job and gets you nowhere, fast. Ultimately, she isn't a good woman, and she will create many issues for you when your one "excessive act of kindness" gets taken the wrong way. She will THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS if she feels inclined. Absolutely disgusting attitude and behaviour and if I had the chance I'd have her experience what she does to others. Maybe then she would grasp the implications of her deceitful actions. Use Lucy at your own risk. Personally, I feel that it'd be safer to drink water straight out of the Ganges river whilst being injected with HIV than it would to trust your life and your freedom with this pathetic excuse of a human.
