We approached Farley Dwek for help following a CHC funding MDT that left us feeling let down and confused. The administrative team were very efficient and after an initial telephone chat, we very quickly received a call back from Andrew Farley to discuss our situation in more detail. I found Andrew to be extremely professional, reassuring, objective and well-informed. He gave me an honest appraisal of our situation and empathetically addressed our expectations from a position of wisdom and experience. Despite the fact we had not officially appointed his firm at that stage (we were still awaiting the CHC decision), he was very generous and gracious with his time on the phone/emails.

We used Farley Dwek for a successful Continuing Health Care claim for my mother in law. Laura and the team were excellent. They talked us through the process and gave us options; never any pressure.
