I hired Nelsons Solicitors to help me with the purchase of my share-of-freehold leasehold flat and the process was brilliant. I felt I was in safe hands with Gary Josephs throughout the transaction.

The seller accepted my offer on 8 September. I instructed Nelsons Solicitors in September, but the transaction couldn’t properly begin until October as the seller had to find a property she wanted to buy and have her offer accepted. I agreed with the seller, to maximise the mortgage deal’s lifespan, that I would only apply for my mortgage once she confirmed her offer on another property had been accepted.

The seller’s solicitor finally replied to Nelsons Solicitors emails on 24 October and the sale completed on 21 December. I was very pleased with the communications, guidance and eight-week speed with Nelsons Solicitors and highly recommend Gary Josephs.
