Worst experience I've ever had !

An unnecessarily aggressive and unconstructive approach throughout, combined with a shallow way of thinking and a complete lack of fairness. Actions taken without prior instruction from the client, in relatively simple and standard processes, intentionally prolonging the situation, only to issue an overinflated bill in the end!

Inefficient and inexperienced representatives, apparently driven by self-interest than by genuinely resolving matters in a fair and constructive manner.

Their account people are very terrible .

For a company handling such amount of money dealing with overseas application on behalf of the home office there as very terrible in term of keeping accounting record.

A receptionist in charge of allocation of payment coming in of course she will have no clue and will allocate any how .

which audit company does these guys Audit I wonder.

To the directors please invest in a more professional accounting system and train people that actually have accounting / finance knowledge to use it .
