I recently engaged Bishopsgate Law for the purchase of my first property. I chose them because, when I was trying to find a solicitor, I received no responses to my inquiry forms or calls! This lack of communication raised a red flag for me, as I believe initial contact is crucial. As a first-time buyer navigating all the processes, I felt a bit like a fish out of water! Since this was a leasehold property, it was a little more complicated.
