I recently inherited a residential property from my mother, & needed professional services to transfer ownership into my name & that of my wife. I could have completed the transaction myself, however I deemed it too difficult given legal implications.

After looking at several local Worthing solicitors, I received a recommendation from the conveyancing solicitor I used to sell another property. The recommendation was for a solicitor at Warwick & Barker in Rustington. After sending an email to make contact, I was quickly referred to Alex Smith & an appointment was set up. It was a real pleasure to meet with Alex, who talked me through the process & furnished me with a very competitive cost.

I decided to go ahead, & I have just received the Land Registry confirmation of title & ownership. The entire process has only taken around a months to complete.
