Sent an email last week, never received a reply. Rang them, no answer. Eventually got through and was told the email address on their website was wrong, so I've sent an email to the new email. No reply, gave them a ring today and was told it's too late. Very unprofessional.

I used CMS, specifically Susan Rutherford with her phenomenal assistant Karen, for my conveyancing for buying my first home. Susan came recommended by a friend and I've now passed her details on to a friend of my own for conveyancing because she is a fantastic solicitor. She got all my paperwork in order quickly and was clear about pointing out what the hold ups were and regularly working with me to chase up the seller's solicitor. As a first time buyer from outside the UK she also was very clear with me about the process and paperwork involved in a UK home purchase so I knew what to expect. She also handled a few hiccups relating to the property purchase amazingly and was very reassuring and honest about the likelihood of the hiccups getting resolved. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a home.
