James Hughes of Freeths performed a sterling service in representing me during the process of securing a voluntary severance arrangement at the NHS. His sincerity, integrity and pride in his job are self-evident and his dedication towards his clients and to his profession is second-to-none. Furthermore, his attention to detail – so vital in the work of a solicitor – was very clear throughout the process.

The process took longer than myself or James expected, yet he kept to his word and delivered the final agreement within time, and without increasing the fee which would have put a huge strain on me.
James was patient, understanding and a professional throughout, and I will most certainly recommend him highly to others who need an employment solicitor who values both his clients and his profession.
