Not impressed with these guys. They seem unorganised and poor communicators. They got dates and hearings wrong where I was supposed to attend. I even contacted them advising I was supposed to attend and they told me not to go. I was supposed to be there. They dont call you back. They leave everything to the last minute. They didnt stop calling me when they wanted my business and now they have it they dont care. Poor. The guy who called me Jason has an major attitude problem. He thinks he better than everyone. Asked him 3 times to confirm his name and he ignored me. Im actually really uncomfortable with this company representing me. They seem like they have no interest in offering an acceptable service. I will be looking to speak to someone higher up.

Katie Wilson was consistently professional, efficient, and communicative. We were always kept in the loop, and her responses were incredibly quick with no chasing required, which made such a difference during what can be a stressful process.

I’ve recently sold my property after 18 months due to the sale falling through a couple of times. It was an extremely stressful process but I couldn’t have asked for any more support from Sarah in the conveyancing department. She was extremely professional and efficient and always returned my call the same day. She would action things very quickly and overall really helped to move the transaction through. It was a really hard time for me but Sarah made the experience so much better because of her positive and proactive approach. Thank you so much.

Emma has been fantastic dealing with my husband and I guarantor’s, going out of her way to liaise with a difficult mortgage company, something she didn’t need to do to try and save us money.
