I made an appointment to have my will written. I live in Hornsea so it made sense. The letter for making the appointment had the Hornsea office address. I took the afternoon off work unpaid, as I had no holiday entitlement left. I arrived at my appointment on time only to be told that they had made my appointment at the Bridlington office! Why? There had never been any mention of a Bridlington office!
If they can leave out a vital detail such as the office which your appointment is at, doesn’t fill you with confidence.
