I have had one meeting with a person who has taken on my case all my case notes sent over to them way before our appointment, the day we met them they has admitted that they had not looked over them to get an understanding of my case just told me to sign a document to hand over my 3 children that are currently on the national missing children list with their father instead of fighting to get the children back from their father after I escaped domestic violence, my advice for anyone looking to go to these is just don't do it I walked in feeling like we could talk about what steps we could take and left crying because they didn't care enough to understand my case at all and are all about getting a payday not caring how they are affecting people's lives and mental health inthe process, I'm currently on the second call in the last half an hour to talk to someone first one kept ringing for 5 minutes this time I'm at over 15 minutes without anyone answering it I totally regret going with this solisitor firm!

Very disappointing, after explaining a small amount of my case they refused to help as there not sure my legal aid application will be approved? I have all the evidence etc to prove what I need to prove!
I feel it’s because I’m a legal aid case and they don’t want to take it on. Seems there websites full of lies surrounding helping people in my situation!
