While the legal administration of my settlement was completed, the process was functional and felt transactional. I found the communication to be lacking in basic professional empathy and the tone to be condescending and cold. It mostly felt like my employer’s needs were prioritised over my own and I found the whole process to be quite dismissive. Efficiency present, but client care significantly lacking.

Very good service. Molly and Philip was great. Our case was quite sensitive and they dealt with it amazing. Made me feel very looked after and also updated us very well. So pleased with this.
