We had an initial meeting with Joshua Lacy today regarding completing a will. Joshua was very helpful and explained everything clearly, being careful to collect our instructions.
He contacted us later to discuss an additional option that he felt would be beneficial in our estate planning.
We were very pleased with the experience and are looking forward to completing the process.

What a very relaxed and informative conversation. Stephen Bickers is such a nice chap. Easy to talk to and had clear answers to questions. Many of our questions and concerns were covered before we needed to ask them. All areas of wills were explained and advice given. No pressure at any time. Both my husband and myself felt relieved after the meeting. Both we and the children are taken care of. They won’t have any worries or major decisions to make regarding us in the future. Our original will was made with the Co-op and at that time I thought it was a good decision. This time the experience was even better. Thank you again Stephen. Sarah and Steve.

Smooth experience from start to finish when altering wills.
I have purposely left it until the end of the process to post this. I would recommend this service. What you want when setting up wills (or altering them) is someone to guide you through the process using simple terms which you can understand clearly, while not rushing you. With that in mind, my wife and I were lucky that we had a lovely lady by the name of Sarah Gray taking us through everything at the start. The team at Co-op were very helpful in answering queries and the whole process - despite taking a while - was just how it should be when making big decisions.

Josh Lacy was very helpful when providing all the information myself and my husband needed to set up mirror wills. The meeting we had with him gave us an insight into all that we needed to know.
