They don't care about your case, is not gonna involve at all. I try several times to speak with Michael Graham but always is just avoiding me. Not professional at all
Do not try to get in contact with any of them.

I have had several experiences of nothing but excellent service, and profesional advise from Mr Michael Graham over the last two years
and I Personally wouln't hesitate to recomend Forresters Solicitors, in Barrow in Furness based on the overall outcome achieved with this firm of Solicitors.

Useless, messed up probate first time round by forgetting to apply, when finally getting around to applying for it, a caveat had been put in place, which they then forgot to serve the warning to the caveator. When I complained, they refused to deal with the matter any further. Trying to get any information from them is hopeless, they say they will call back but then never do. They did the same thing with one of my friends when his mother died.

Poor service, but most importantly did not make us aware of important covenants that were detailed in the deeds to the property we were purchasing or even a copy of the deeds themselves. We were compensated 350 quid for poor service however in our opinion this didnt come close to covering the inconvenience caused. Will be avoiding in future despite the fact the conveyancer who processed our transaction left soon after.
