Left one star because he turned up buts that all he did ,, refused me an interview before my court day due to him been too busy ,, didn't get any information right in court although it was all explained to him before entering court ,,luckily a clerk discovered his mistake or this could have ended so differently for me ,,would have done a better job representing myself ,,an apology was offered from him after leaving the court for the bad service he gave but not acceptable this definitely should have been an easy straight forward case for any solicitor

Although my solicitor has as very friendly and a nice women there was what I felt a lot of miss communication, things were not made clear to me which was frustrating and upsetting. Also like the below the whole process to get the funds settled and sent over took much longer then it should have and I felt like the company held on to money which they should not have done and in that way not professional. I would NOT use this company again and there are much better solicitors out there.

Shocking! They are holding onto funds they have no right to and are causing me great stress and anxiety in the process. I am also writing to the SRA to complain about particular individuals within the company, their lack of compliance with data protection and quite frankly terrible service - AVOID!!!!

Walter brook & co are the worst and most unprofessional solicitors I've come across, couldn't even in person to turn up to three court hearings paper work not signed or dated very poor communication 🤬🤬🤬🤬 would av rather just represented my self & saved thousands of pounds💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸.Julian a solicitor! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 stay clear folks.

Top class firm, when other Solicitors let me down and failed to support on my PI claim, Brook & Co picked up the case promptly and subsequently I was awarded a very good sum. I was about to give up hope! Thankyou all.
