We originally instructed Simpson Jones. Deposit, forms all completed. We were suddenly transferred to Nelson’s. They did not liaise with the previous secretary, asked me to resend all the information. They asked for the deposit which had already been sent. They gave me no faith in the upcoming service. They sent the wrong plans to the sellers, they again missed the deposit on the final statement, which I had to point out.
There is no personal service, nothing is explained with regards to the Title Deeds and documents they send for you to check. Very scary how the process has changed so much in 20 years.

We inherited Nelson's having instructed Simpson Jones to do our house sale & purchase. This did cause some unease during the switchover however, Kani moved across. Kani was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish she dealt with all our concerns, legal matters etc. in a calm and professional manner making everything easy to understand. Always there at the end of the phone or the end of an email. Highly recommended!
