Contacted recently to start divorce proceedings.
Made phone call appointments some was 10/15 minutes late on more then 1 occasion. One seperate occasion I didn’t even receive the phone call when I was booked in. Sent numerous emails to them after them asking for my availability and still heard nothing back at all to carry on the process
