After I suffered an accident at work resulting in my medical retirement. I looked for a legal team that could handle my compensation claim. Whilst the whole process took what seemed like an eternity, Martyn and Jack at “Your Lawyers” never lost faith in me. They supported me throughout with sound advice and good humour. They arranged many Medical visits and examinations over a long period of time. But, they made the process as straightforward as possible. Ultimately their guidance throughout made me feel better in myself knowing things would be resolved. There was not a great deal of effort on my part and they handled each step professionally. Their fees were capped which means a fair payout under the law. I hope that this was my first and only experience with this kind of claim! Anyone in a similar position do not expect a fast resolution, the law takes its time. There are times that communication could be better but that unfortunately is just part of the process. I would not hesitate to reccomend “Your Lawyers” or to personally use this company again.

So my story with ‘your lawyers’ started a number of years ago, when I was bringing a claim against a data controller for ‘liberty gas ltd’ whom had lost my data as I result I was hounded for years by different advertising scammers etc.

Your Lawyers where helpful from the start with concern for my mental health and wellbeing being central to the immediate situation, later they provided me a psychiatric private dr whom diagnosed me with a few things and also wrote to nhs to get me some help as well as point me in the right direction for the much needed follow up private help and support.

After this they took the bill by the horns and really went to work on my behalf in the courts , the only reason it took so long to complete and I’m not sure folks understand this is because the British courts are backlogged for years so it takes such a long time to bring a case to court.

During all this time throughout communication for the most part was good and steady keeping me on the loop and I felt listened to and was given expert advice when asked.

Particularly Justin was especially helpful and with his help they brought that awful data controller to account and won me my compensation in respect to the data breach . And whilst really no amount of money will fix the distress I have felt over the years , it certainly took the sting out of it.

Can’t recommend them enough amazing , hard working company whom treated me with respect and dignity, as such I award them five stars and can with confidence highly recommend this company for your legal needs.
