Absolutely fantastic conveyancing from start to finish.

I first initially approached Liam Walmsley after 2 recommendations from sister and my Girlfriend who had recently completed on a property with Liam as the conveyancer.

The process was very smooth & completed in a timely manner. Any communication I had with Liam was responded to almost immediately so communication was absolutely perfect. As with any conveyancing on a property there were a few additional hoops we had to jump through, However this was not a problem to Liam who advised me of different options to solve these query’s.

All in all I’m very happy & pleased with the way liam handled the conveyancing of my new property & I would 110% recommend Liam and the team at Brown Barron LLP.

I was recommended Brown Barron by a friend for selling my house and buying with my partner. You hear horror stories about solicitors but from the start Matt and Saskia were quick at responding and so helpful.
