Megan was excellent at helping me buy my first house! Great at explaining and willing to answer any questions I had.

In the past 4 years, I have engaged Anna Wallis of CVC as conveyancer on four occasions - three property purchases and one sale. In each case, she provided a superb and highly-professional service. On a purchase in Cornwall, she picked up on one issue that everyone else had missed, saving me from potentially a great deal of future grief. In fact, Anna was so impressive that I engaged her for conveyancing on a sale and a purchase on Surrey; again, 5 star performances by Anna. Nowadays, I would not consider using anyone else.

CVC recently acted for me in the purchase of a property in Cornwall.
I am hugely impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness of Matt and his supporting team; from his detailed reading, analysis and understanding of the house deeds, through to his ability to explain these in accessible terms, highlighting any possible issues and suggesting solutions. His knowledge of potential legal issues arising is superb.
The response time to any queries I raised was always excellent, and answered thoroughly and thoughtfully.
During the process, Matt and his team were always there to support, advise and communicate to the other parties, leading to a excellent outcome and completion.
I would also highly recommend CVC for their expertise in Trust management, again showing deep knowledge of the legal issues, as well as the ability to convey these to laypeople in easily understandable terms.

I used this firm of solicitors for a declaration of oath. This was my first experience of using this firm of solicitors as I am currently on holiday in St Ives.
Unfortunately my experiences of this firm was less than desirable from initial arrival with contact with the receptionist to my dealings with the solicitor herself who commented that the necessary forms ‘looked like a pigs ear’ with this comment representing the general unprofessionalism and rudeness experienced. I left with the distinct impression that I was an inconvenience and felt very uncomfortable and disappointed.
I do not normally post reviews but felt I could not leave this unacknowledged. I work as a paramedic practitioner and deal with members of the public daily and am used to behaviour that is at times questionable. I have worked on the Kent Air Ambulance, response cars and Ambulances and have saved many lives over 22 years, I have received bravery awards and made nation papers for saving lives, so I have earned my respect, I do not expect this type of behaviour which is so clearly unacceptable from a company.
