Very disappointed with the conveyancing service from Copley’s, communication is terrible. Multiple times had to ring for updates, quite often having to leave messages with receptionist with no call back. Such a shame for poor service as a local solicitor.

Telephoned on several occasions to ask for someone to call me back as I could engage them for the work I needed doing. They never called back even though I mentioned no one called me back before. Very disappointing as I like to use local but will have to go else where.

Twice I contacted them regarding conveying a quote. Neither time did they respond to my enquiries. They do seem to be apathetic towards potential clients. I wouldn’t even have minded a thanks but no thanks.

I have to say that Dawn made our sale/purchase so easy. She was amazing. I have never purchased/sold before, although my husband has, and she made the whole experience bearable.
If I ever popped in to see how things were going or take things in, Dawn always came to see me if she was free. I’m sure I was a huge pain towards the end as we wanted to move asap but she was so kind and always smiled.

Awful. You’re better off going with a conveyancer, and far cheaper. The solicitors waste too much time mainly protecting themselves and encouraging you to cancel (they still get their fee). They might deign to see you once else they’ll send a woman that looks half asleep and filled with apathy and distain to irritate you. They have no interest in a long term relationship.
