I would give no stars if this was an option.
They cancelled my appointment 6 times (sometimes just didn't happen and I had to chase them) when they rebooked my last appointment they advised I would get a call at 9am to confirm my appointment at 10am this didn't happen neither did my appointment. After this I didn't even contact them back as I couldn't be bothered with another fake apology. Once is an accident more is unprofessional.
I was in an extremely vulnerable situation and they were aware of this and still messed me about. I am not one for complaining but following the situation I was in that they were aware of and still cancelled more appointments.
Very unprofessional avoid at all cost.

Didn’t have the best experience and I’ve dealt with many lawyers over the years. The whole team seemed to look down on you from the second I walked into the building. I paid them £600 before they agreed to do anything. I asked them to do one thing: rewrite a legal letter for me. I gave them the letter plus my notes so it should have been a quick and easy job. They then sent me lots of documents to sign on email. If I could have done it via email (which is easily done, not difficult software to access) I would have done it. I told them my printer wasn’t working by which time they’d sent me another bill for £400+ despite still not doing a single thing for me. This is the point at which they were Shysters Shakespeare would be proud of. I absolutely wasn’t going to send them any more money. Unfortunately around that time 2 things happened: my health declined seriously (which I told them and explained the delay on my part as a result), didn’t get any sympathy, just more letters to complete. Eventually they posted them but after realising they weren’t going to help me and in fact supposedly wanting over £1000 to do nothing of use to me I gave up and ignored them to concentrate on my health. They wrote to me to say they’d give me some of my deposit back, just over £300. So overall it cost me nearly £300, some supercilious stuck up staff, pointless paperwork (which I signed when I handed over the £600). I have absolutely no faith in them, I’ve now mostly sorted my issue out myself. I also asked them to research some potentially fraudulent documents regarding a remortgage I didn’t sign. They didn’t do that either. No gave 2* because I’m polite. Would totally not recommend. Maybe they’d be nicer to you, I was completely nice and polite to them as I am to everyone I meet.

Very pleased with Abigail McManus helping me with the refinancing or a property that was on bridging. It went right to the wire because of other organisations involved but Abigail went above and beyond, saving me from £6k in bridging fees! I'll definitely be using her again. Thank you Abbie 😁

I recently chose Punch Robson Solicitors for a property purchase and encountered a few challenges. The welcome pack took over a week to arrive by post, which was the first sign of their entirely offline process. All paperwork needed to be submitted by mail, and they required in-person visits to their office to present original ID documents, like passports and driving licenses. While there's an option to mail these documents, it didn't feel secure to me. Consequently, I opted for a different solicitor offering a fully online and more streamlined process. If you're looking for efficiency and modern conveniences in handling legal matters, you might find Punch Robson Solicitors' methods a bit traditional.

Stoneridge look after our rental properties and any sales we may have. They recently sold 2x Flats for us. Through no fault of Stoneridge the sales took some time to complete. Sally progressed the sales through to completion with great professionalism. She was on top of both sides solicitors and without her input I am sure the sales would have fallen through.
Highly recommended 👍
