Visited jeremy regarding employment case with my father. They billed me £180 per hour which is fine as it was informed to me.

1] 5-6 days priorly to date of meeting, had shared all case facts and employer policies.

2] 2 days priorly to dat of meeting, made a phone call to ensure all documents received. also if jeremy required assistance with what document is what, but reception team confirmed no issue

3] on the day after my arrival, i even confirmed if he is aware of my case facts or I can return on another day as its essential he is aware of my case for meeting to be productive. but he called me inanyway.

So i attended and realised, jeremy had not read or even aware of a single piece of paper or policy.
had absolutely zero knowledge about my case and here i am sitting with 6-7 main question all prepared. but how could he answer single question.

I had to tell jeremy what can you advice me on and what are key take away for me from our meeting today.

He was answering phone calls in front of me,
3 times he said i am not reading so many paper for £180per hour my father even offered him more if he was willing to invest time and he just was a no show.
[ Ideally its his job to read and pre preparation is his duty or dont hand our appiintments discuss costs we never said we wont pay more infact we paid all what was asked.]

Jeremy was a disappointment, I feel I wasted my time and my money visiting him.
And he knew he was not prepared, and he knew he couldnt advice, and yet happily sat back wasting my time taking my money.

My advice folks in my opinion do not rely on these solicitors to unpick your case and advice they are like scamsters or money grabber and lack knowledge anyway.
instead use free Ai perplexity or copilot [its 93%-95% accurate] and use it for unpicking, writing draft or even better copilot or perplexity will do it free and you represent yourself in my opinion save yourself some bucks, time, and dont get tricked like me.

All cross mapping with policy, cross examination, citing sections and laws and breachea writing letters all can be done for free.

Jeremy was a huge disappointment what a let down someone who charged £180per hour and didnt even do a job worth £10 how could he?
he was not at all prepared, had not read a single bit pf paper, not 1.
shamefull i hope his concious bites him for what he did in his practise with me.

Jeremy was appointed to defend my daughter on a driving conviction charge for speeding where she was caught by two fixed speed cameras in the space of 3 minutes, this would have meant that she would have lost here license for a single moment of laps in judgement despite having a clean record. Thankfully Jeremy skilfully defended this and successfully argued that this was a continuous journey and therefore only one conviction was justified which meant that my daughter kept her license and her job. Thank you Jeremy for your excellent service and professionalism, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Disgraceful performance, communications, advice and complaint failure. Employed to defend me in court, made a Good prosecuting lawyer. Did not understand crime of obstructing an officer who wanted to enter my home after two women (both part of harassment making false 999 calls) told police I was beating my wife, not officers. The officer in question was in plain clothes, had nothing on the shit to identify him as a police officer. The kangaroo Court claim I recognised him. I was the assaulted by two police officers, Roberts failed to even mention this or even use the evidence of the assault and injuries. I was going to ask him to be dismissed in court, I would have done better. I put in a complaint which he refuses to answer or explain his rationale eleven months after. Ignores my emails, will not refer to Crown court, said I can use another lawyer. I tried 28, no one will take on his botched case. We are still being harassed, my wife moved out for six months, And me for three and a half months for our safety. Waste of money, incompetent, negligent and failure to observe instructions, answer complaint or give advice.
