Excellent service from Kayleigh our solicitor throughout the whole process. She was always very helpful, quick to respond to my calls and emails, and kept me updated at every stage. I was initially worried because many people say dealing with solicitors can be stressful, but she made everything simple and smooth. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her service to my friends and family. Thank you for the outstanding help!

Mel, Polly, and the team are absolutely fabulous. Zero issues, and got the house sale through as quickly as possible with a sensible approach and no hassle. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Kayleigh helped us through our mortgage as first time buyers, and got us completion within 7 weeks of our first viewing, they have been absolutely faultless and would recommend Kayleigh and hayes + storr to anyone.
Thanks again.

Would 100% recommend Kayleigh and the Hayes & Storr team. Kayleigh has been excellent at keeping me updated during the purchase of my first house, she responds quickly to her emails and has kept me updated at each step. This made buying my first house much easier.

Disappointed is the sum of it.
It started off well, we had a meeting(s) with a representative of the company with all issues being addressed.
However, since a plan was put in place to draft a simple letter for our company ,it's taken over a month! with the deadline for the drafted letter being setback 3 times with no reason other than it hadn't been done yet.
We're understanding that we're not the only case being handled, but not responding to emails and ignoring calls of an existing client is quite frankly rude and unprofessional. Being left in limbo isn't good for anyone, simple and honest communication would go so far with us.
