Useless....avoid. They never answer the phone it took months to get responses. Initial solicitor decided to bail right at the last minute so we were lumped with a duty solicitor who was useless and did not know the rules surrounding our specific case. Even though we were lumped with a duty solicitor we still had to pay the full costs of their services!!!????? Or lack of I should say. Even a nurse who rang them on our behalf was less pleased with their service!!

Despite emailing and calling this firm l have yet to speak to anyone who can help me! Spoke to a lovely lady at Wisbech but l live in kings Lynn! This issue l have needs a quick resolution, it’s been two weeks now and l am still waiting a call back. I have gone elsewhere now as l have very little confidence in getting my problem resolved.
