I agreed to pay £20 a month to clear an outstanding debt however this month they have taken 2 x £20 payments without my consent to r without them telling me double would be taken I have emailed without a response but they will soon email me when I don’t pay them sly company

This TM LEGAL ARE JOKE THREATED ME WITH BAILIFF WHEN I ONLY OWE THEM £217.50 there customer service is very bad they don't support u they don't help u all this place is bully money grabbing place it is disgusting behavior when they ment help you not bully you I have two ill parents I have been paying them too
Hi i have sent emails and I have being paying you every month proof on bloody bank, so stop sending me threateneding letters or I will take your company to court treating me as bloody criminal, so it stop now or else goes throw course I oue u £217.50 and my other credits doesn't do this threaten me or anything I owe them £3000 each so it stops with these threateneding letters or your bloody company will be in court for threateneding behavior and I have two sick parents who are ill threatening me with bailiff when I only owe u £217.50 it is joke should be bloody shamed with ur selfs at least other companies and credits has help me supported me you bloody haven't your company is worst I have ever know should be shut down how u treat threatened your customers. I have one more letter threatening I will be takening to course going through legal action whst u and your company has put me through, showing judge I have being paying it and next letter I get u be in court and ur company. Repeated calls to my Microsoft Teams work phone number over a 12 month period asking for someone else. Many times I have requested for them to stop calling me as I am not the person they are looking for. Reported to the ICO and Police for harrasment and GDPR failings.

Violating section 40 of Administration of Justice Act 1970 is an offence and will be dealt with. You will not threaten me with baseless accusations and get away with it. We do not forgive, we do not forget. Expect us.

Just another back alley debt collector, your research in this company they've probably contacted you, brush up on your rights, these guys have no legal authority neither will they ever obtain a high court enforcement order do not succumb to their bullying tactics.
