I rarely leave reviews, but after the past 6-months of my family dealing directly with David and the firm during an estate and probate process, I feel it is important to share my families experience through a difficult time, and wouldn’t wish this service on any other family dealing with such circumstances.

The entire process was made far more stressful than it needed to be due to a complete lack of communication, inaccuracies in paperwork, delayed actions, constant miscommunication to all parties involved (family, estate agents, landlords etc). We were regularly left chasing updates, following up on simple spelling errors in documentation and often hearing nothing for weeks unless we contacted them first ourselves.

What made matters worse was being charged £23.50 in 6-minute blocks for what were often extremely quick updates via email or short conversations, despite the fact we were already struggling to get clear and timely information throughout the process.

There seemed to be very little urgency at any stage, with delays to payments and paperwork repeatedly causing frustration and unnecessary stress during what was already a difficult and emotional time for our family.

Now everything has finally been completed, I can honestly say the experience was exhausting from start to finish. I would not recommend this firm to anyone dealing with probate or estate matters if communication, transparency, and efficiency are important to you.
