Dreadful. Keeps information from its clients in an attempt to drive house sale prices down at the last minute, which resulted in the sale falling through as the seller walked away. Shameful behaviour

I have just sold and bought a new house.
I used Harrison Drury as they were recommended to me. Anthea Herd handled both sale and purchase. What an excellent solicitor she is. I cannot fault one thing about her service. You never had to chase her. She always gets back to you straight away if you ask her something. She kept everything in the chain fluid and was pivotal.
I would not hesitate to recommend her services.
When I think back to what my solicitor on my first time but was like it makes me shudder! Anthea is first class. Worth every penny.

So happy I chose to go with Harrison Drury when purchasing my new house, in particular Roberto Bonaminio who was my solicitor. He went above and beyond to ensure we could purchase our house in a timely manner.
Unfortunately the seller chose to go with a firm that his real estate agent recommended, and it was like pulling teeth trying to gain any correspondence and when we did it was incorrect. Thankfully I had Rob who was consistently professional and on the ball, he took time to explain everything I wanted to know and was available around the clock.
I couldn’t recommend Rob anymore, I dread to think how long it would have taken for us to purchase our house without him. Thanks again!
