Jackie Donnelly may actually be Jesus, given the miracles she performed regarding the sale of our house. The sale was extremely complicated due to our buyer's solicitor being closed down just prior to completion but Jackie managed to get things back on track and completed in time despite the best efforts of the new solicitors to scupper the sale. It pays to use local and deal with a local firm instead of a call centre solicitor.
Thank you Jackie (or potentially our Lord and Saviour until proven otherwise). Your patience and determination were invaluable, and we really appreciate all your help.

A massive thankyou to Jackie Donnelly, chartered legal executive lawyer, for her diligence, professionalism and down right common sense approach to buying and selling another property for us. Knowing we have someone capable, intelligent and friendly to deal with all the legal paraphernalia, makes the weeks of stressful negotiations immensely easier to cope with.
We have known Jackie for quite a few years and used her expertise many times, even after moving from Lancaster to Durham, we wouldn't use anyone else. She is efficient, quick to respond to queries and easy to talk to, which reduces the time spent waiting for updates and eases the frustrations of moving house.

My partner and I used Harrison Drury Solicitors recently for the conveyancing on a house sale and purchase. Amy Leslie at Harrison Drury dealt with the process and she was, quite frankly, exceptional. Why? Well, from start to finish she kept us informed of the processes and where we stood and in language we could easily understand. She was also proactive in moving things along for us and extremely prompt in her responses to our questions. Would we use Harrison Drury again? Of course, I doubt we’d even consider another company. Add in the highly competitive quotes we received from them and you can see why we were happy with the services we received.
