My partner found HCR Solicitors and through them Joanna as I had been having problems for ten months with renewing my Passport. Joanna was exceptionally knowledgeable, reassuring and understanding as I was quite stressed by the time I spoke to her on the phone for the first time. She and her colleague Lucy worked on my case and I must stress that all my emails were answered within the same day and the legal advice they gave me was second to none.
