Terrible experience. What should have been a simple straightforward sale and purchase with no chain, took 8 months with a huge amount of stress along the way. Our case was mishandled and delayed from the start. After months of delays and constant chasing and inaction our Hove solicitor left without telling us and our case was passed to a consultant case handler who then did nothing for another 6 weeks before passing it over again. No one at Hove Taylor Rose took any responsibility for the problems caused and we had zero communication from them. Hugely disappointed in the experience we had with them and would never use them again.

We used Zafrin Hoque at the Hove branch of Taylor Rose, following my younger daughter having had a good experience with her. Zafrin is efficient, responsive and overall very pleasant and professional and I would 100% use her again. Thank you Zafrin!

I recently used Taylor Rose for a property sale, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and the team were consistently professional, responsive, and reassuring throughout. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and under control. A huge thank you to the team for their support — especially Lauren, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Really pleased with the service from Victoria and Georgina at Taylor Rose. Very good advice during an unfortunately aborted purchase and subsequent successful purchase with various complications. Having a named local contact with direct email and phone numbers was very reassuring and responses to questions were always prompt and often instant, especially as we came close to completion. The regularly updated tracking document was also very helpful. I was a bit nervous sending documents to the head office elsewhere, but this seemed to work seamlessly.

We have just bought our first house and used Taylor Rose Hove as our solicitors. It was extra convenient as our sellers were also using Taylor Rose in Eastbourne. The process was very smooth sailing, the only delays were out of our solicitors control (waiting on forms from the sellers for example) and minimal anyways. The communication from Zafrin and Abby was fantastic, they replied to our emails promptly and with useful information. As first time buyers this was extra helpful as we were completely clueless on the process. Thank you!
