We would like to thank Katy and the team for helping us complete our property purchase this week. They worked hard to get everything over the line before our mortgage offer expired, and after an 8-month process we're happy to have finally completed.

The reason for 3 stars is that the final legal fees ended up being around double the original estimate, and we were also asked to pay an additional £100 for an updated document. We also found ourselves having to do some chasing and running around regarding the seller, who was also using Taylor Rose.

Despite that thank you again to Katy and the team for getting it completed in time.

I have recently sold and purchased a property, and had the pleasure of being advised by Beverley Porter at Taylor Rose for both transactions.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Beverley again. I decided to use Taylor Rose after a personal recommendation by a colleague, which proved to be a wise move.

House purchases (and sales) are stressful enough, so a competent and diligent conveyancer is essential.

The most reassuring part of the service was that I didn't need to worry about things being done, or being updated on matters - communication was excellent, and a potentially tricky transaction was eased by using Taylor Rose.

On a practical note, the portal was easy enough to use, and the service ended up being a mixture of documents on the portal, and regular communication on email and phone, which worked well.
