Atrocious firm. Zero customer care. Zero responsibility accepted for utter mismanagement. Made a very difficult time even more difficult by not responding to emails for weeks when they knew time was of the essence. Had to take the matter to the legal ombudsman and received compensation, but the firm's stance is still that they were not at fault at all! Incompetent and rude throughout.
