Efficient solicitors with excellent communication. I have used them on two occasions and will definitely use them again in future. The whole team are kind, considerate and very professional.

Spoke to Melloni on the phone today to enquire about obtaining a solicitor. They came across very aggressive and not very helpful. I liked to know if I would have a call back today due to pressing demand on my side and they could neither confirm or deny if they would call me back today. It’s a shame as they had a bit of an attitude on the phone (probably was not their best day) but could have been resolved with understanding their customer initially.
I have since gone elsewhere for a more reliable solicitor experience.

I used Langley's 1st spent 27k and didn't look good for me in court.
Looked up different solicitors out of York. Pepperells just picked it as it's unusual name. 1st call was a lady with softy comforting well mannered voice.
Pepperells secutary. 7k I've spent with pepperells 5k just on a barrister who acted on my behalf and turned things around.And also told me last solicitor I used didn't do his job very well or didn't know ime now due 27k back of Langley's solicitors. I give pepperells solicitors 10/10. no pressure. no time wasting. Mrs Scott,s my solicitor along with her co pilot George. Ile keep pepperells solicitors very very good solicitors 😊😃💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
