They dealt with my Mum's probate. The day after she died, i phoned them to let them know, and was told they'd send an email immediately with instructions to proceed. They didn't, so I called again a few hours later and again was promised said email. A couple of hours later they phoned, asking to speak to my Mum. We paid for the full probate service upfront, several times during the process they sent invoices, for random amounts, with no explanation. Each time I had to call, for them to explain that the invoices were randomly by their system, and I should just ignore them. When the work was complete, I received an email saying they had some money left for us in credit - could I send a photo of my bank card before they made payment - even though they already have my bank details and sending a photo would leave me susceptible to fraud if their email was ever hacked. If I ever need a solicitor again, it will not be Pepperells.

Would highly recommend Daniel Haigh and team. Great service throughout. Consistent communication and he made himself available for any queries we had. He explained any legal queries we had in terms we understood which gave us a lot of confidence.

We knew where we were each step of the way and Daniel was great at outlining any delays and setting realistic expectations for us.

I am disappointed of the service as I've requested and enquire for help with deed poll legal application enrolling. And I've paid for. I've been explained that they can draft me a legal document for changing my name and then for addition amount they can help me with the application for deed poll. So basically instead of doing it straight away and doing the right documents they asked me to pay twice. That should not happen. So I end up applying myself and looking for an alternative. Thanks a lot for wasting my money. I will not use again your service.

I want to update my review and say that I had a follow up phone conversation with Kitty who is their Customer relations manager. She apologized and went through all emails/conversations and acknowledge that it was indeed the fault from their side that they couldn't fulfill my request. As well as a full refund was given. I appreciate how my case was handled.
