My experience with Taylor Law through a legal expenses insurance referral was disappointing.

I approached the firm in relation to an employment disability discrimination matter at a time when I was already dealing with significant health issues and workplace stress.

While I appreciate that legal professionals may differ in their assessment of prospects, my concern was less about simply receiving an unfavourable opinion and more about the process itself.

Communication was at times inconsistent, reassessment deadlines provided to me were missed, and material clarification on a key factual issue was only sought on the day the reassessment was due to be issued.

Despite providing further occupational health evidence, internal complaints, management transcripts, and additional factual context, I was left with the impression that the reassessment approached the evidence in an unduly narrow manner while maintaining the original conclusion required for insurer funding refusal.

As a result of my concerns regarding the handling of the matter, I sought independent legal advice and subsequently raised a formal complaint.

For a client dealing with a stressful employment dispute and serious health concerns, confidence in communication and process is incredibly important, and unfortunately that confidence was lost.

This is, of course, my personal experience.

Kishwar dealt with my case very promptly and with great professionalism. I would recommend this firm to anyone and Kishwar in particular!

Really poor service. I contacted them and was asked to email the circumstances of my legal issue which took quite a while to type out. No one could even be bothered to acknowledge receipt. No response and when I followed up a week later they seemed disinterested in even checking. Don’t waste your time with this firm.

I've been represented a few times by Scott Taylor and his team over the years. I can honestly say they are the best solicitors in my opinion. I would highly recommend if you need a good honest solicitor
