I’ve been a client for 7 years and they are absolutely useless! I’ve been passed around 4 solicitors all had completely different advice and all had to start at the beginning at my cost. I went to another as I was losing thousands of pounds a year and the other law firm said my case was simple and they could resolve it this year. But GHP has given me a leaving fee of over £3300 and are withholding my paperwork until I pay. I would happily pay if they had done any work but I gave them all of that paperwork or paid them in advance for what little they have done. Also they didn’t know what to do so they called in a barrister which cost me £900 only later to find out it should only of cost me £300. This law firm doesn’t care about winning cases only to drag out their clients work to cost them more money.
